Hi,

Is it possible to have 2000 or more audience ?

If yes, how ?

The « Large meeting » option is only for 1000.

It’s for a single meeting.

Best Regards

David

    Hi @Djack59,

Unforuntaley we do not have a 2,000 participant plan/add-on. However, we do have options for 1,000 participants as well as 3,000 participants. You can accomplish this by using a Zoom Events License or a Webinar license. Please see the provided articles below that go over this in more detail.

    Zoom Events: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/sections/4415033824653-Getting-Started-with-Zoom-Events

    Zoom Webinars: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/200917029-Getting-started-with-Zoom-Webinars

    Thanks!

Hey, @Djack59 -- sorry to say that a Zoom Meeting is always limited to no more than 1000 attendees, even if it's contained in a Zoom Event.  See this Zoom Support article:

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4414129136269-Maximum-ticket-capacity-for-Zoom-Events

... where the last sentence in the second paragraph reads: "A Meeting session has a maximum capacity of 1,000 Attendees, even if the Host has a Zoom Events license greater than 1,000."

There's a great reason for this: video bandwidth for more than 1000 attendees is HUGE.  Anything that large is also difficult to manage for the Host, so a Webinar format is preferred, both for ease of use and to limit the strain on Zoom's infrastructure.

You are correct, though, that there are increments above 1000 attendees for Webinars and Events.
