What is the best way to brainstorm a title with 100+ participants on Zoom offering their ideas that will show them other participant's ideas in real time? Is there a way that someone can "upvote" an idea rather than writing it again?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @cmphillips.
I’m not exactly sure what you mean by “brainstorming a title”, but I think I understand the flow you’re looking for.
This might be a case where clever use of the Q&A functionality could work. Set up Q&A to allow “questions” to be visible by all, and allow upvotes:
The downside is that Q&A is only available in Meetings for Business accounts and higher – not for Pro accounts – but is available in all Webinars (if enabled by the account admin).
