Finished session failed to convert and no .zoom files are in the folder

Hi

Recently I finished recording a podcast session and after it was done I left it to convert. Well when I came back it said it failed to convert and to double click the .zoom files... Well those files aren't in the folder 

Is there any hope to recover? I didn't use the cloud unfortunately
