Many users like us have conference room set ups with the camera located below TV. During a presentation when the screen or slides are being shared, everyone is now looking up to the top of the screen, the farthest possible from the camera, to see and converse with other meeting participants.
Please add a View Option that locates participants to bottom of the ZOOM presentation. This seems very simple to implement and add to other View options menu that exists today.
Side note--I realize you can drag and drop the window with participant camera view to wherever needed, including bottom of the screen. But this method overlays the participants on top of the presentation being shared and causes other issues. A simple View option as described above is much cleaner.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @mnelsonP6WA! Thank you for the suggestion! However, please note that this space and board do not handle feature requests. We encourage you to submit your idea as feedback so that the appropriate team can review it for potential inclusion in future updates. You can check this article on how to submit one.

@mnelsonP6WA , unless I'm misunderstanding what you're asking for, this is already possible.
These settings can be found in the admin portal (Zoom Rooms -> Room Settings -> Display)
We also feel that Zoom has not considered the implications how how much of the time PiP video overlaps important content during a screen sharing session for single-display Zoom rooms (or composite cloud recordings for that matter!) and would prefer a scalable side-by-side layout similar to what's possible in Zoom Client. However, Thumbnail View (with participants beneath content) is a viable option for now.

Thank you @bstrelko , you may be correct about the setting being available for Zoom Rooms. But we don't have Zoom Rooms so I don't know. The Zoom Workspace window that everyone without the upgrade to ZOOM Rooms does not have option to view participants at the bottom of a shared screen presentation.

Many users like us have conference room set ups with the camera located below TV.
You can imagine why this statement may have thrown me, then.
So you're using a conference room style setup with Zoom Workspace client?
This is in no way a sales pitch, but it seems like it might make more sense to run this space as a Zoom Room. It is a shared space for multiple participants with an installed camera - this is what Zoom Rooms are.
Either way, there are workarounds - pop-out horizontal gallery mode when re-sizing the content share, etc. These are tedious and manual (you could theoretically script them, but that's a significant chunk of effort and will need to change each time Zoom updates).
Interesting feature request - curious to see what kind of traction it gets. I support maximum the right to maximum flexibility within Zoom, even if it's not something I'm interested in. Please be sure to submit formally to your Zoom account team or via the method linked by MGSR.

Thank you. I'll look into it. Since it is small office of eight with just the two conference room TVs, we haven't so far had problem with the Bring your own device method. One of those is in my personal office at a meeting table so naturally I just plug in my own laptop. But as we grow I can see having a pre set ZOOM Room client in place.
Not being a tech coders, it just seems eay to add the one more option to the View chooser menu, but I guess we'll see.

Even correcting a typo in an error message is a 9-month process, so easiness has nothing to do with Zoom engineering's goals / roadmap. 😞
