We are a K12 Education entity and have times where we are connecting to official meetings that use Zoom. We are having issues with the majority of our users not being able to download attachments from the meetings. Typically they are on a Windows PC that has our Internet Filter software installed. However, I do not have the software installed on my test machine here in the Technology Department, and I am able to download the same attachments without an issue. We can also remove the filter from a machine having the issue, and it will resolve the problem... but that is not an option.
So I know the correct this issue, we need to unblock whatever CDN that zoom uses to host their file attachments during the meeting. Does anyone have this list of sites they use (or IPs) that we can add to our filter to correct the issue?
As a followup, because my reply to my own post didn't show up, we have already added:
Thanks.

As a follow up, we have added the following to our Bypass SSL Decryption and Allowed list:
Adding these did not seem to make a difference.
