Extra line spacing in Outlook Mac invite email

Creating a Zoom meeting invite. Two problem areas:

First: In the invite meeting text block, there's 7 blank line breaks inserted before the text appears "LarryGumbo invites you to a..."

Second: the Zoom URL isn't automatically made into a hot link. Shows https:// address, but because it's not a hot link and underlined, then the recipient must copy and paste into browser.

I am having the exact same issue, and it's very frustrating. Attached some photos below to show the issue. Can't find any way to modify the auto text in the source code.

Zoom - please help?
