Error code: 3000

Reporting an apparent bug. I have a Zoom Pro subscription. In the Zoom Workplace client (latest version) on Win 11,  I attempted to reschedule a "meeting and all future meetings" from Tuesday, repeated until late October, to a Monday meeting with the same time frame. I tried two different ways and received Error: 3000 both times. None of my meetings are exported to an external calendar.

Method 1: I set the repeat schedule to Mondays and then set the start date to 9/15 (today). I then selected Save and got Error: 3000.
Method 2: I set the meeting date to 9/15 (today) and then set the repeat day to Monday and selected Save. Error: 3000.

I resolved the matter by changing this week's meeting to Monday (today) and then saved it. Then I changed today's meeting and all future meetings to repeat on Monday and saved it. I now have two meetings on today's schedule 😄 and one meeting on future Mondays. I see other topics related to error 3000 involving exporting meetings to Outlook, but this is not exported anywhere; I simply copy the invite and send it to the customer.

Hi,

Thank you, for using the Zoom Community Platform.

If you are  changing the settings of the meeting (error code 3000) with the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook or re-scheduling, you must do the following as per details below:

How to fix it

Install the latest version of the Zoom plugin for Outlook

If you are experiencing this issue, manually update to the latest version of the Outlook plugin.

Ensure an occurrence's time matches in Zoom and Outlook

If you have already updated the Zoom plugin for Outlook, and can't edit a Zoom meeting in Outlook, check the meeting occurrence you're trying to to delete or change. Ensure that that meeting occurrence matches the time that Zoom has on its web portal/client.

If the time does not match the Zoom web portal/client, manually change the Zoom occurrence time to match the Outlook time.

Add a space to the occurrence title in Outlook

If you can't update an Outlook meeting instance, perform the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Open the Zoom recurring meeting in the Outlook application (not through the web).
  2. In the Zoom recurring meeting (all), add a space to the meeting title.
  3. Click Save to update the recurring meeting.
  4. Access the individual occurrence of the recurring meeting that you want to reschedule.
  5. Edit and reschedule the individual occurrence.

Note: Ensure that you send this meeting via the Outlook plugin to resolve inconsistencies.

General troubleshooting steps

If the issue persists, perform the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Edit the calendar invites where the issue was observed.
  2. Upgrade Outlook 365 to the latest version.
  3. Run the Clean Zoom tool to uninstall-reinstall the Zoom plugin for Outlook.
