Hi - I am trying to access Zoom, however I keep getting the message" You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again." I read the previous posts in the community and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that does not seem to work. Any suggestions? I am using a MacBook Pro.

Hello,
How did you uninstall Zoom? Zoom has cookies and cached data that may stay on your computer if you just drag the Zoom application to the trash. If the cookies or cache are corrupt reinstalling may not solve anything until you clear out this corrupt data.
The following Zoom support article explains how to completely u install Zoom.
After uninstalling Zoom completely I recommend rebooting your computer through restart and then installing the correct version of the desktop client for your version of OSX.

"Issues connecting," huh? That's the digital equivalent of a "check engine" light – it could be a bunch of things! Let's try some common fixes.
First, the obvious stuff: Is your Wi-Fi on? If you're trying to connect to a network, make sure your device is actually trying to connect! Same goes for Bluetooth if that's your connection type. Sometimes it's just a matter of toggling it on.
If it's a Wi-Fi issue, have you tried turning your router off and on again? It's the classic IT solution, but it often works! Give it a minute or two before plugging it back in. Also, make sure you're entering the Wi-Fi password correctly. Those things can be tricky!
If it's a Bluetooth connection, make sure the device you're trying to connect to is also turned on and in pairing mode. Sometimes you have to press a button on the device to make it discoverable. Check the instructions for that device if you're not sure.
For internet connection problems in general, try restarting your device. Whether it's your phone, your computer, or your smart toaster, a restart can often clear up minor glitches.
