I have a paid Zoom account, and I am unable to schedule any meetings. When I try to schedule any meetings, I receive "Error Code: -1". (see attached image). Is anyone else encountering this? What is the solution? Any help is appreciated.

Hi quality,
I haven't seen that error before. I would recommend reinstalling Zoom to see if it fixes the issue. Let me know if that changes anything.

When I attempt to sign into Zoom Workplace, I encounter an error code -1 as well.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app a few times. I have also cleared cache: C: > Users > "name" > AppData > Roaming > Zoom > bin <delete>. I also uninstalled and removed the Zoom data entirely: C: > Users > "name" > AppData > Roaming > Zoom <delete>, then reinstalled the app.
I have had Zoom installed on my Windows 11 Pro PC (version 23H2, build 22631.5472), and it has been working without issue since 2020. I went to open the app and discovered that I was signed out, and I haven't been able to sign back in since then.
I installed the Zoom app on my Mac and signed in without any issues. It appears that there are no issues with my account.
I checked the firewall to ensure it wasn't blocking the connection.
I've also written to Zoom but haven't received a reply yet.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
