I can’t join to any meeting, also the test meeting from zoom. It appears the error 3065

According to this Zoom article, errors in the 3000 range are due to problems with Zoom installation.  I'd recommend de-installing Zoom, and re-installing from the Zoom Download link.  Once you've properly installed the Zoom app, you should be able to connect to meetings.
