Looks like the only chat option available in Zoom breakout rooms is to chat with "Everyone" not with specific participants.
Is this normal? Is this something that has been forgotten to implement.

@josephpatrick - I've just tested this (version 5.9.3 on host, 5.9.1 on attendee), and am able to chat to individuals.
There is a setting on the User's Settings tab that can affect this:
My guess is that whoever the host was had "Everyone" selected and not "Everyone and anyone directly."
