Hello,
I am using the latest version of Zoom Workplace (annual subscription). When my client shares their screen and I write on it using an iPad, they often encounter a textbox or eraser tool popping up unexpectedly. When that happens, they can't type or write anything. This issue persists until the client stops and reshares the screen. Could this be a glitch?
Hope to hear from you soon.

I'm having the same issue! I've been on multiple trainings lately and the text box and eraser keep popping up. I can not figure out what I'm doing to make it happen. Any guidance?

Hello there!
I'm sorry for the late response and welcome to the Zoom Community!
A new update has been released with the version 6.1.1 that addressed minor bugs.
Kindly update your app and if the issue persists, please let us know.
Have a great day!

I verified I am using version 6.1.1, but I am still seeing this issue.
When it happens, I can't seem to get control back without stopping and restarting share.
I am not seeing any controls on the zoom bar that will fix this. Clicking on annotation mode button only gives me the drawing icon instead of the eraser or text box.
Until this is fixed, is there a way I can get out of this mode without re-sharing?

Hello,
This happened to me again on Wednesday. It appears to be due to key strokes, but I can't figure out what key strokes.
