Enable live transcription not visible

I have completed the following steps to enable live transcription. Screen Shot 2021-08-21 at 6.35.05 PM.png However, when I log into the the desktop client, and I click the button where enable live transcription should be, it is not an option. This is happening on both a MacBook Pro, running Big Sur, 11.4, and zoom 5.7.5. and a Mac Mini M1, running 5.7.5. Any advice would be appreciatedScreen Shot 2021-08-21 at 6.43.18 PM.png

I would check that its enabled both on Admin Settings and Personal settings.  Also pls confirm that you have a Pro licence on your account.
