Hi all!
I've searched quite a bit for this and am struggling to find a solution.
Our preference is to send Meeting Invites from within the Zoom App when we schedule a new meeting. We have a way of automatically preparing student email addresses where they are separated by a comma.
However, this is resulting in ALL invitees receiving EVERYONE'S email address. Is there a way to turn this off inside the Zoom Settings? We'd prefer not to have to use an external Email Client if at all possible.
Thanks in advance!
Dave

Hi, I have the same problem. I arrange a meeting on the zoom app. I enter the name as viewer, my own email as well. No-one gets any invite or email. Thanks for your help

Basically you want to send BCC (blind carbon copy) Zoom meeting invitations. There are two ways to do this. You can either create a separate event in Outlook for each attendee or if you want to automate this there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send BCC Zoom invites that hide the attendee emails and protect their privacy.
