"Settings > Audio > Advanced > Echo Cancellation" doesn't have a "Disable" option, only "Auto" and "Aggressive", it makes my mic sound awful.
What's the point of having optimized audio, original sound for musicians and whatever, when the echo cancellation messes it up?

Actually there is a disable for echo cancellation.
Settings > Audio >Audio Profile > Original Sound for musicians >High fidelity music mode (check)
Settings > Audio >Audio Profile > Original Sound for musicians > Echo cancellation (uncheck)
Settings > Audio >Audio Profile > Original Sound for musicians >Stereo audio (if your mic is on the L and R track you can check otherwise uncheck)
Click original Sound For Musicians in the upper left corner of the Zoom window to turn it ON.

Mm... A bit tricky, for my taste. I wouldn't have found it without help, I think. Thank you very much.
