Dont want to download recordings for the viewer

Hello

when I share a recording link , there is and option for the viewer to download the recording, I check off this option but the share link has the option activated in the final link

I would guess that the screenshots that you posted to your message are from you testing your configuration. If that is in fact the case there's a good chance that although you're using the direct share link to the video, that you are still logged in to Zoom with your admin credentials. When logged in as admin it seems to always show the Download button.

Try using a different browser or open another window of your current browser but use the Private/Incognito mode during your testing.
