I have a friend who has a Zoom account. I created a new chat using her email address to discuss about Sportiqo, but I can only create an external chat. I want to invite her to my Zoom group. How can I do that? It's urgent as I need to chat with her. Thank you.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @andrewbellasic.

Any user that is not in your account (in other words, you have different "owner" accounts) is an "External User" in Team Chat.  You can still chat with her in Team Chat... inviting her to a "channel" isn't necessary.  Channels are normally used only for multiple people who need to chat together as a group.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.
