Date format when using the Zoom application to schedule a meeting

Even if I have set the date format in my profile to my country's standard, I always get the US format when I schedule a meeting from my zoom application (on Windows).
Is there any way to fix that problem ?

To be more accurate: this problem is at the level of the meeting scheduling interface.

I've been using Zoom since 2020 and never had this problem till recently. All of a sudden, dates in wrong format and the bloody calendar starts on a Sunday! Really, for god-fearing people the Yanks don't seem to have read the bit in the bible about god resting on the 7th day, ie Sunday! How do you actually get a solution out of Zoom for this? Hate the way software suddenly changes and you can't change it back grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
