Cutting out part of a cloud recording

I have a recording saved to my Zoom cloud. I want to cut out part of the recording (about 20 seconds) but the problem is it's in the middle of the recording. How do I do that without having to download the video to a local recording because as I understand it, you cannot upload a local recording to the Zoom cloud?

@TT11 - Unfortunately, the internal editing is only set up trim the beginning and the ends, there is not native way to cut a portion out of the middle.
