Customer using iphone can't change name that is displaying on Zoom

I have a participant who wants to change the name that shows up when they join from an iPhone.  They have already gone into the iphone and changed the device name in Settings > General > About > Name and changed the name of their iPhone device.  They have also checked the iCloud account.   The Zoom meeting is still opening with the old name.

 

Is there somewhere else on the iPhone that Zoom is using for the name of the participant?  As the moderator I can change it once they join, but I want it to be different when they are joining.

 

Any ideas?
