Custom Disclaimer (Feature turned on and off for Pro repeatedly)

I created a custom disclaimer before Zoom made the decision to remove this capacity in the Pro plan. A month or so ago, it was allowed again. So I edited my disclaimer. Upon returning to edit my disclaimer today, I found that editing was once again disallowed for no clear reason. I am now stuck with a disclaimer I can't seem to change or remove from every meeting I start. Please advise.

Hi @WordBrewer welcome to the community! Can you confirm with me what plan type you are on? Free with Credit Card, Pro, Business, Education, Enterprise, or API Partner Account? 

 

And you have confirmed that you have enabled the disclaimer for meetings at the account AND user level?
