Hi, I've converted one of the three calls from the meeting to webinar, then back to meeting again. Most of the participants had issues with accessing the link (by dialling in or via the zoom app on the desktop), but when they clicked on the hyperlink again, they were able to join. Was it caused by this meeting to webinar conversion? I have other remaining couple of calls that had the same back and forth conversion happening, would this type of issue could repeat again for the participants?

The ID stays the same. It's possible that if you had registration that that information got disassociated with the participants.

Turns out, the link in the body of an email invite was missing an extra question mark from the zoom link, which is what caused an issue. I wonder how this extra question mark was missed, since I was copying the same link to the description of the invite?
