Hello, I have a zoom business paid account. I am trying to create a meeting in my outlook calendar and assign an alternative host that is someone that has a free zoom account outside of my organization. Is this possible? It gives me an error that says that the person is outside of my organization and that I cannot proceed with making them an alternative host. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Hi again, @kellyhiznay.
I had originally answered only "how to make an alternate host"... but YES, you can make someone a Co-Host by starting the meeting, granting them Host privileges, then leaving.
It's good to note the difference between the terms Alt Host and Co-Host:

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @kellyhiznay.
See this Support article:

Alt Hosts must be licensed and inside your organization’s account.

Thank you for the information. I have figured out that I have to start the meeting, set the person as the host, and then I can leave the meeting. Is that correct? If you know of course. Thanks.
