Hi everyone,
A client of mine would like to use the Closed Caption setting to save a copy of the meeting transcript. Due to the nature of their business, they will not be recording the meetings, they only want a transcript for reference.
We need to know if Zoom retains a copy of transcripts that were created using the closed captioning function when meetings were NOT recorded.
Does anyone know the answer to this??
Thanks in advance!

I have a similar situation with a client and want to know how to save closed captioning. Their policies allow for accessibility devices like closed captioning, but they do not allow for AI or recording. How can I save the closed captioning. It used to be a feature, but now I don't see how to do it.
