My school has a SSO domain and at some point, I clicked on the option to login SSO as default. Now whenever I try to log in Client, I no longer have the option to log in using my google account or such. The only available option on the Client login screen is SSO. Is there anyway I can change it back and have it give me all the available options: SSO, Google, FB ... etc?
Thanks,
yichiu

Hi Yichiu
If the Zoom client in your laptop has been installed/managed by your IT dept, they might have configured it to login via SSO only. Please reach out to the IT dept to confirm it.

A user can not select a default log-in type, but admins can force SSO as @RajanB stated. That being said, I am wondering if you actually meant that you checked the "Keep me signed in" box and just need to log out of the App. To log out you can click on your avatar in the top right and then scroll to the bottom of the menu that appears.
