Cannot modify or create meetings created from Zoom in Office 0365

Hi. When creating a meeting in Zoom I have been unable to have my meetings sync'd to Outlook to prompt an email invite. Ive had to input the meeting information manually.

Nothing is working with Zoom. Cannot even modify a meeting or cancel a meeting.

And worse, no solution is provided in the assistance zone.

I have resorted to changing suppliers. They wasted way too much of my time
