Hello. I cannot login to the Zoom Desktop Client on my Windows Laptop. I can login to the web interface and every other website and online service works fine. When I try to login I get a message saying: "It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network connection and try again."
All other online sites and services work fine. I updated the Zoom client to V. 5.7.8, and tried rebooting the Laptop, but it still does not work. Thanks.

JSS, welcome to the community.
Can you please verify if you are trying to connect from the office or over a VPN? The web client uses a different connection than the desktop client, so if you are connected to a work network (or have a firewall at home), the ports required to connect may not have been opened.
From more information on what ports are required, please take a look here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362683-Network-firewall-or-proxy-server-settings-for-Zo...
