Cannot find Waiting room options on setting page

Currently I am using zoom free version and when I want to change the waiting room setting on the setting page, I cannot find the Editing options :

However, there was a waiting room option in the promotion video:

So how can I change the waiting room setting ? Since I want yo change the authorized person  can bypass the waiting room, is there any method to do it? Thank you.

I can't locate any source that verifies this but it looks like the Free version your using doesn't support those additional features.  That seems logical being those option are completely missing for you and I see them on an enterprise account.
