Why can't I create a weekly recurring meeting on Monday 4:30PM without an end date??

Hello, I am having the same issue.  I have seen other responses to other similar comments that using "No Fixed Time" solves this problem, but I do not see how it does.  For example, I want to schedule a meeting every other Monday at 1 pm with no end date.  I was able to do this and that functionality is gone from both the installed app and the web version.
