Cannot connect to Zoom

Hi, I cannot connect to at all after logging in with my details as this message comes up and will not allow my to do anything else.

I have lots of saved meetings so really don't want to uninstall and sign up again, help much appreciated

The reference to the IT department assumes that you are in an enterprise or educational situation.  I'd recommend updating according to the following Zoom Support article:

As are most of us!  Let me know if the update fixes your issue.  You shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall unless something unusual or catastrophic happens.
