Can you disable the Join External Meeting pop-up?

For some reason recurring meetings are producing this popup even though they are being controlled by people inside our organization. Is their any way to disable it? ScreenShot2023-04-25at9.48.40AM.jpg

Hey @BCYF can you please confirm with the host whether or not they're on the latest version of Zoom? I see that this was potentially fixed back in Zoom version 5.7.6. 

 

Secondly, can I ask; was this meeting schedule from calendar and are you using an email template?
