Hi all,
I have a MacBook Pro, where I've installed Zoom.
I am unable to hear or to be heard when using my AirPod Pro. Video works fine.
AirPod Pro works fine on my MacBook with other apps, such as Music, TV, YouTube videos, etc. The only issue appears to be with Zoom.
Cheers,
Max

Hello @mkeen70,
Please go into your System preferences and check to make sure that your Zoom app has access to the microphone.
If the zoom app has access then the only possible solution that I can think of is to go into your Bluetooth preferences and remove the air pods from your mac, then re-pair the air pods back to your mac.
Then open a meeting and go to your audio settings and make sure that they air pods show up as an audio source.
Let me know if this is helpful for you.
