I have a paid Zoom account. When I go to "add alternative host" it won't let me fill in any address at all. (The box is greyed.) I tried this both from my desktop and the app.

Are there any other paying users besides you in your account?

Hello,
Both factors must be true. An alternative host must belong to the same Zoom account as you and also be using a paid for licence.

I'm having the same issue.
All users with a paid account: Zoom Workplace Enterprise Premier
Unable to add an alternative host or create a team.
All settings seem to be correct. Tried reauthorizing the calendar, also with no success.
Any thoughts?
