Can't Put Blur Background,Video Filters,Video Background & Studio Effects.

From the day I started using Zoom I am Unable to put Blur Background,Video Filters,Video Background & Studio Effects. If can Please Give me a Solution

Either your system does not meet the system requirements for these features, or your account in connected to an organization who has disabled them.

I have Mac OS 10.15 and processor 2.7 GHz dual-core intel i5. Isn't that in the list of accepted processors. I cannot access blur.

I learned that you need a generation 6 or later processor to access blur.  mine  is an i 5.  I learned that from zoom technical support.

thank you so much for this. i used to have studio effects and have been trying to figure out why they've been missing for months! i have an i5 as well. sad but thanks again!

I have the same issue. I have all the requirements met. I still have never had blur option.

4.Chọn filters yêu thích.
