Can't Access Zoom since latest update

Since the update I downloaded on 5/11/23, can't access Zoom at all on web. HTML code shows up after I log in along with a gigantic magnifying glass icon.  In zoom desktop app, can only access basics. If I click on profile or more settings, takes me to the web where I'm back to giant magnifying glass and HTML.  If anyone knows what is wrong, help is greatly appreciated.  I work on zoom all day and this is quite distressing.

I will check the suggestions, but it's only Zoom.  Everything was fine until the update and immediately following that update, I could not longer open the web version. Everything else is fine - it's only Zoom.

No idea why, but it's working now. It wasn't last night, but I just checked it again and it seems fine.  Thanks.

Hi @Teresa220 welcome to the community; as I don't believe this is a Zoom related issue, this maybe a configuration at your Browser/System level settings as the website isn't loading. Is this occurring on other webpages or just https://zoom.us? I would suggest looking into some of these suggestions from https://www.technewstoday.com/websites-not-loading/
