Can I record with gallery view, but speaker view when a participant is spotlighted?

Is it possible to record meetings in gallery view, but have speaker view recorded when a participant is spotlighted?

So far I only seem able to record speaker view or gallery view, not this mix of the two.

Yes, try "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately". You may need to post editing to get a desired result.
