Hello there, i have a question about spotlighting speaker through 2 different zoom. It's kinda confusing for me to say, since i'm not really fluent in english.
I'll have to host a competition in a zoom meetings, which i use 2 different zoom meeting (1000 participants meeting and 500 participants meeting). Is there any way for the meeting consists 1000 participants can have the same screen shown of the speaker with the 500 participants without making the speaker to join those 2 different zoom meeting, which the speaker only joins the 1000 participants meeting?
I hope my question can be understandable, Thank You.

hi @Yochill
The simple answer would be no.
Put the speaker in one meeting and then stream that meeting into the other meeting as a or virtual camera.
You stream the speaker using RTMP custom output, but then you would need to take that RTMP into the other meeting.
I used to do this all the time using ATEM Mini to take the HDMI screen output from one meeting and feed it in as a virtual camera in the next,
If you had zoom events, you could pull it in as a RTMP feed directly.
All the best
John

Hello @ExpertswhoJohn
Sorry for the late reply, but thanks for the answer.
I want to ask again. Is it possible to stream the 1000 participants to 2 different platform, first to youtube, and second to other zoom meeting by copy paste the stream url of 1000 participants meeting to the 500 participants meeting (and also is it true thats how RTMP works, because i read and watch the tutorial of it through various sources)?
Thank you

hi @Yochill ,
Yes is the simple answer.
As I've started livestreaming on my channel from Zoom Events, we have been discussing this question a lot.
I hope to have a Lord Zoom Lab report on this after the weekend at the latest.
Keep an eye out for a video on my youtube channel
