Hi Zoom Community

Can I record a 4 hour meeting/workshop to the cloud with my Zoom Workplace Pro account?

I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

I currently have 5GB of storage a month - any advice you can give me would be great!

Thanks

Hayley

@Haleswin - You should have no problem saving a 4-hour meeting recording to the cloud with 5GB or storage.  As a baseline, I have a recording (5 different files) for a 30-minute meeting, and all the files only take up 128MB of storage.

Hi!

Thanks for your reply. I have a 3 hour workshop - so it's one meeting lasting 3 hours that I'm concerned will be able to recorded. It sounds as though you're saying that I should be ok.

Correct, there is no limitation on recording a 3 hour workshop specifically.  If you stop and start the recording, there is a limitation on 150 associated files, but that is not time based.
