I am running into an issue that when users already had an existing Zoom account with that domain we can not pull them into our tenant until they click on the accept email. We have "Allow auto activation when adding users" enabled for the verified domain and that works for new users that don't have a free account but for those other users we have no control over it. If we verified the domain we should be able to control that account.
Is there something we can do to pull these users in?

Your situation – while not particularly unique – is probably enough of a specialty case that I’d recommend going straight to Zoom Support for this. The Zoom Community is made up of volunteers, and in my experience you’re not likely to get a quick answer from a knowledgeable person.
Here’s the link for logging a ticket: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks for the response. That is unfortunate as you would hope Zoom would put dedicated technical engineers on supporting the community. I will open a case as you recommended.

@RyanTrauernicht, just to clarify: there are dedicated Zoom staff with access to Zoom engineers, they’re just not here in the Zoom Community. This is a typical “user supported forum” like you see on major corporate sites.
To file a support ticket with the Zoom-staffed help desk, go here: https://zoom.us/feed/

Totally get it. Most of the time vendors are always looking at their forums to help support and see trends of commonly asked features or issues.
I will follow that route as you mentioned. Thanks for the guidance!
