Breakout rooms issue

Hi

• I set up some breakout rooms today and manually assigned people. They returned to the main room and I attempted to send people back to the same rooms. Half did but the rest had been thrown out of the room and had to be manually added back in. Previously I’ve simply resumed without a problem. Any ideas? I’ve tried searching this issue but no success.

I am having this same issue! Would love to get some help troubleshooting.... it's been a big pain recently.

Yes, and I also find it takes very long for me as trainer to join and exit breakout rooms, which used to be seamless. How does one talk to Zoom about this? And get a meaningful response to a fix apart from talking to other users with the same issue?
