Hello, 

 

I am not able to access breakout rooms. I used to be able to. I am logged in as the host but the option isn’t there

I host two meetings per week and the same attendees are unable to join Breakout Rooms, nor am I able to add them myself. I've asked them to log into Zoom on their desktop app, but no luck. Please advise.
