Breakout Room Icon Not Visible

Hello,

 

I am a zoom account holder and I believe I use pro with an active account. I was leading an event this morning and my breakout rooms were not visible to me. I am wondering what happened and if I need to upgrade to have access to this service? At the same time, the pricing comparison says that breakout rooms are available across the options however they did not show up on mine. Please advise.

I've had this issue (no breakout room icon showing) for weeks. Zoom are supposedly looking into it. Nothing they have suggested has worked so far.

I just had my issue resolved. Embarrassingly, it turns out because I have 2 accounts I hadn't enabled Break Out Rooms in the new paid account, which was the one that needed the icon. All fixed now.
