Blurred background

Hi, the option for a blurred background is not there. I already downloaded the latest version.  

In the attachment you can see what I see.. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Thats not my question.. I cant find the option to blur the background of the video in video settings. Normally there is an option "blur" or in dutch "vervagen". But it is not there..

Maybe, your machine does not support blur.

Hi ,

 the requirements of blur option is the same as " Image only without a physical green screen" requirements listed on the zoom support website: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511-Zoom-Virtual-Background-system-requirements.
Maybe you can check your machine specs with the requirements.
