Hi, I started a recording and the audio announcement was made as such and the recording button glowed throughout. At the end, the recording had not occurred either on the cloud or locally. What went wrong?

I have a few troubleshooting questions for you, if that's okay.

 

Do you remember if you chose local or cloud when you started the recording?

 

Were you the original organizer of the meeting?

 

Have you previously been able to retrieve other recordings?

 

Post back here and we can continue with the troubleshooting.
