On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi,

It does look that you have more than enough bandwidth. Zoom will only use the bandwidth that it needs. For example, what consumes the most for Zoom is video and content sharing, but as long as you have more than 5Mbps, you should be fine.

If this is a matter of quality, besides speed, you should look also at quality of Internet service. Check latency and possible data package drops. This can cause a bad experience.

If you just want a higher quality of image, HD is not on by default, so it might be worth to reach out to Zoom Tech Support and ask them if full HD can be enabled. Check the link above for more information on this.

Good luck!
