Avatar Not Working

I recently updated zoom and I found a new option (avatar) but.....its not working, I had enabled the option too pls pls pls help

@111111111111111 – Avatars are new to Zoom. See this Zoom Support article for limitations on using avatars, and how to ensure that avatars are enabled for your account.

Same for me, I Had the avatar option enabled and the button was grayed out. I had nothing on and i am on a high spec pc.

same mine is grayed out and it says "BETA" on it.

Same! but I just don't have the option at all. I've gone through all my zoom settings, and I try and try to fix it. If anyone can help, please do!!
