Auto Recording Not Working for Personal Meeting ID Sessions

I have group sessions with students who use my personal meeting ID link and then for one-on-one sessions they get sent an auto-generated link. The autorecording was working just fine for both, but now when I have the personal meeting ID sessions, it isn't autorecording. Any idea why this might be happening?

Hello @ams619 – When I use my PMI for these individual meetings, the Auto Record is set up a bit differently. Here's how I have mine set up. 

 

Note: You only need to do this once and it retains that setting for succeeding meetings where your PMI is used.
