Authorized Users on my account - Meeting time limit?

Hi,

I have a monthly paid zoom account and two employees listed as Users. One of my Users had a Zoom meeting and it cut her off at 40 minutes when she wanted to talk for an hour.

Is my paid account supposed to give us more than the free 40 minute limit?

I would love some help, thank you!

Hi @DrRobinS

A single paid license is for one single user.

You can have other "basic" users on your account, but without a license these users will be equivalent to free users - meetings they host  will have the 40 minute limit.

I have two accounts and when I tried to connect zoom to calendly it said i needed authorization from the administration

and I am the administration on another email address.  How do I authorize it so it can be used with calendly?
