Authorized Users on my account - Meeting time limit?

Hi,I have a monthly paid zoom account and two employees listed as Users. One of my Users had a Zoom meeting and it cut her off at 40 minutes when she wanted to talk for an hour.Is my paid account supposed to give us more than the free 40 minute limit...
