hi, my problem is that other people cant hear me on calls and i cant hear them. before joining the call, when i test my speakers and mic, everything works perfectly fine. but as soon as i join the call, i cant hear anything and other cant hear me. i've tried reinstalling the desktop client multiple times but the problem still persists. my client is also fully updated. i'm using a macbook pro version 13.x.x. can someone please help me, this is really frustrating : (

Check if the microphone, speakers, or headphones are plugged in and not muted. Unplug the device, then plug it back in. If it's a bluetooth device, ensure that it is turned on and connected properly. Make sure that you are using a supported USB device for Zoom.
